Our Property Appraisal Service will provide you with reliable information to assist you with the decision making process on how best to proceed. The report includes:-

  • External and internal colour photographs of the property and the locality

  • A report on the property condition with a valuation as existing

  • Assess cost and feasibility of refurbishment works if required with a back-end valuation

  • Disposal strategy if appropriate

  • If tenanted, prepare an AST for tenant to sign and lodge with local HB office


The cost of this service is £150 per property (£120 per property for two + properties) and will be completed within 5 working days of instructions being received.
