Landlord's can choose from 2 levels of service:

  • Tenant introduction
  • Full management

Your decision depends on whether you wish to remain in charge of rent collection, repairs and inspections, or leave the management of the let entirely to us.

Depending on which level of service you choose our fees will include the following:

  • Marketing of your property in the local press and through our list of prospective corporate and private tenants
  • Accompanying prospective tenants viewing a property
  • Credit referencing prospective tenants
  • Preparation of tenancy agreements
  • Preparation of an inventory, ensuring contents comply with safety regulations
  • Collection of rent and payment direct into your bank account
  • Payment of repair bills to an authorised limit
  • Monthly statement of income and expenditure
  • Regular inspections of the property
  • Check-out tenants at the end of their tenancy ensuring the property is left in a satisfactory condition and to notify utility companies.
  • We can also advise on Landlord and Tenant Act matters.
